My encouraging personal training methods and motivation will guide you using SAFE, EFFICIENT, SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN WORKOUTS and a NUTRITION PLAN. You'll build muscle, build cardio-respitory efficiency, strengthen immunity and eat to support your workouts. (see my "training methods")
As we age, the slower our metabolism gets, the more fat accumulates, the slower our brains become and the more muscle is lost! In fact, women lose 7 pounds of muscle and gain 15 pounds of fat every decade. It's only a little better for men. But all of these natural occurrences can be changed by proper exercise in the PRIVACY OF YOUR HOME.
